Our services are customized based on the clients’ and family’s needs. Whether your needs are for a few hours a day, a few hours a week or 24 hours a day Affiniti Care LLC will put together a Plan of Care that is a suitable for your needs. We will go over this during the first In-Home Care Assessment.
You will meet the owner, Nurse Practitioner, or client care manager (or a combination). Let us know if you are ready to find a Home Care Agency now.
After assessing and understanding your needs. We assign a Caregiver by matching you and you needs up as soon as you need one. We always have back-up staffs ready for times when unexpected situations present themselves.
At Affiniti Care LLC, all employees are required to have an extensive background check completed prior to employment.
At Affiniti Care Home Care, our Caregivers are trained to handle difficulty Clients. We have a detailed training curriculum and ongoing training ensure Caregivers are always fully capable and prepared to care for their clients.
No, you do not pay your Caregiver directly, and they are not allowed to accept tips. You will pay directly to Affiniti Care LLC Home Care Agency. We accept most methods of payment.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to your Affiniti Care LLC Home Care agency to speak with either a supervisor or an Office Manager. We will promptly address your questions and concerns.
Though this rarely occur however, unexpected events happen. If your Caregiver does not show up, we will be alerted immediately. We will find another Caregiver to cover the shift whiles we find out why the Caregiver did not show up.
Affiniti Care Home Care wants to make sure we place your loved one with best match Caregiver. If there is a compatibility issue, we will promptly replace a new Caregiver for you.
